Barbara Oundo Nekesa is a Ugandan politician. She is the current State Minister for Karamoja Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011.[1] She replaced Janet Museveni, who was appointed Minister for Karamoja Affairs. Barbara Oundo Nekesa is also the elected Member of Parliament for Busia District Women's Representative.
